Attending Class: To come to class in-person please dress for flexible movement and bring a water bottle for hydration. Class is done barefoot (grippy socks may be worn if you prefer) and mats and all other props are supplied for you. The Studio entrance is located on Vincent Ave, and street parking is available along Vincent Ave and Belmont Street.

Cancellation Policy: All classes must be cancelled 2 hours prior to class, or you will be charged. On-Demand videos are nonreturnable once rented.

Arrival and What to Expect: Please make all efforts to arrive 5 -10 minutes before class is scheduled to start. There is a warm and safe lobby for you to leave all belongings during class. We offer complimentary tea and coffee and encourage you to connect with other class participants - Please respect all!
