Attending Class: To come to class in-person please dress for flexible movement and bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle for hydration. Class is done barefoot (grippy socks may be worn if you prefer) and all other props are supplied for you. The Studio entrance is located on Vincent Ave, and street parking is available along Vincent Ave and Belmont Street. 

 

Logging on with Zoom: To use Zoom, please download the Zoom app for your device. The Zoom address will be sent for each class when you enroll for that class and is intended for only the students enrolled in that class.

 

To log onto your class, you may either use the Zoom link sent in the confirmation email or access through the site, by signing in (upper right corner of your screen) and selecting My Bookings from the dropdown menu on the sign-in icon. Click on the classname to access the Zoom link.

To maximize view of Emily, please set your screen to Speaker view, by clicking on the view menu              typically found in the upper right hand corner of your screen. ​

At-Home Props: To maximize your at-home sessions — whether attending a synchronous Zoom class or using an on-demand video — it is recommended you have the following. You may not need all props for all classes.

  • a yoga mat or somewhere comfortable and stable to lie down

  • lighter weights (~1-3 lbs) or cans or bottles to simulate

  • heavier weights (~3-8 lbs) or cans or bottle to simulate

  • a yoga ball or small pillow

  • a mini loop band

  • no props? - no problem, we will make it work!

Cancellation Policy: All classes must be cancelled 2 hours prior to class, or you will be charged. On-Demand videos are nonreturnable once rented.
